If you live in the Netherlands, you may need an energy label for many different reasons. The main one is when you want to sell or rent your house or apartment. Since 2021, it's mandatory to have a valid energy label on a house or apartment if you want to sell or rent out your home. 

Energy labels range from A+++ to G. Where G is bad and A++++ is a great label to have. Energy labels are only valid when a certified company like Moker Energie gives them out.
